Established in 2020, Retrospective Store is an online retailer specialising in all things premium vintage. We source vintage pieces from all over the world, ensuring the highest quality, the most sought after designs and a highly curated collection of the best vintage pieces on the market.
Where do you source your vintage from?
We source our pieces from all around the globe - however the United States is our largest supplier of vintage goods due to the huge sports & fashion culture they have.
When will I get my order?
If a product I like sells, will it be restocked?
All products are vintage, meaning they are one-of-one. Unfortunately this means we are unable to restock exact pieces ever again. Don’t be discouraged, keep an eye out on future drops as we may release a similar piece or style.
Does buying vintage help the environment?
In short - yes. The fast fashion industry is one of the most polluting industries in the world. Between the tons of fabric waste in landfill, the 2,700 litres of water it takes to make a tee & the horrendous sweatshop conditions, buying vintage & secondhand serves as a way to combat these issues.
How can I return product?
Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive the returned item back in our warehouse, we will process either a store credit or refund for you within 2 working days. Please click here for more information.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major Debit & Credit cards, as well as offering PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay & Zip Pay. All payments are made securely with SSL encryption to protect your information.
How do I place an order?
Add your desired item/s to your cart. Once ready to purchase, click the “checkout” button. Here you will select your postage method. Once selected, you will fill in all of your shipping & payment information. Click “place order” and your order is on the way.
I need to amend my order
Please email us ASAP at: email@example.com with your order number & amendment. As long as your order hasn’t left with the courier, we can fix up any changes required.
